Eagles increase and thrive in Pa. and N.J.

Two bald eagles that last year nested in Philadelphia - the first in at least 200 years, according to state game officials - have returned.

And while last year no young survived, this year the pair hatched a tiny eaglet that grew from fluff to feathers and learned to shred a fish.
