Hurricane Bertha is churning up the ocean and there's a moderate risk of rip currents from Sandy Hook to Cape May. The National Weather Service says the risk could last into early next week because Bertha is moving slowly. Swimmers are advised to pay attention to lifeguards and never swim alone at night.
